What should you pay attention to when installing a precision punch machine?

With the development of precision punch technology, it has been favored by more and more companies. 1. Before installing the precision punch machine, you must first make sure that the cutting edge of the mold is sharp, there is no chipping on the cutting edge of the concave mold, and there are no missing corners on the punch. If there is a chip or missing corner, the wound must be repaired first.
2. Before clamping the mold, a silicon steel sheet should be inserted between the upper and upper molds to prevent injuries caused by transportation.
3. Before installing the mold on the precision punch, use a whetstone to grind off the burrs on the bottom and top sides and remove the dirt. If there are burrs or garbage on the left and right planes of the mold, it will cause the punching burr deviation.
4. Adjust the slider stroke of the precision punch to a satisfactory position and press the upper mold. Make sure that the mold handle or the upper surface of the mold base is aligned with the bottom edge of the slider, and lightly tighten the screws of the lower mold plate. Then adjust the slider of the punch upward and remove the silicon steel sheet in the center. Loosen the screws of the lower molding plate, adjust the slider downward until the punch enters the concave mold 3~4mm, and tighten the screws of the lower molding plate. After punching a new mold on a precision punch machine, the punch must enter 3~4mm into the die, otherwise the punch will chip or the die will swell and crack.
5. Lift the slide block to the top dead center position, adjust the punch rod stop screw until it is tight and secure, and then idle it a few times to observe whether the mold and punch mechanisms are working normally. If there are no abnormalities, stamping production can be carried out.
