The curve of the slide moves
1. The knuckle type with multi connecting rod structure design can make the sliding block move more smoothly near the bottom stop (compared with the same storke crank type machine).
2. The acceleration of the slider near the bottom stop is also smaller.
3. Reduce the impact force on the die during stamping forming, prolong the service life of the press and die, and prolong the time of re repairing the die by at least 25%, so as to obtain excellent embossing effect (special process forming requirements).
