The movement mode and speed of the slider must be freely set according to the processing method.
1. Screw CNC punch press
The servo working machine uses an AC servo motor to drive the slider through the extruder screw. The position of the lower fixed point during forming can be controlled by the part control device according to the data given by the part loading device. Therefore, the thermal expansion and elastic deformation of the machine will not affect the accuracy of the product, and the most suitable slide movement mode can be adjusted and the position of the bottom dead center can be controlled with extremely fine operation. Therefore, the non-cutting forming screw type, which is suitable for high precision and high performance, uses a hydraulic motor and an energy storage device for torque control. The position control of the bottom dead center can reach μm level. It is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly machine.
2. Crankshaft servo punch press
A CNC punch press composed of a crankshaft punch press and an AC servo motor. This type of punch uses a servo motor to replace the clutch braking system and water pump flywheel on the original punch.
3. Double action forming punch
Double motion forming is a powerful method of non-cutting forming. Block casting in cold room casting is an example, which is to control the plastic deformation fluidity of the raw material by controlling the positions and timing of multiple punches and cavities. The accuracy and formability of the product can be improved, and the total number of process steps can even be reduced.
Double-action molding can be roughly divided into two categories: double-action molding that attaches great importance to the practicality of the punch and uses double-action mold bases; and double-action punch molding that is very easy to assemble and disassemble molds for multiple types of production. Recently, not only in the forging process, but also in the diversification and improvement of the composite forming of sheet metal forming and forging, it is required that the punch machine not only has multi-action characteristics, but also has high practicality.
4. Blocked forging punch
Block forging dies and general-purpose forging punches have been widely used in the forming of star wheels and cross couplings. Other closed forging punches that can save pipe threading time during mold installation can be divided into two categories: the function is all in the punch, and the left and right hydraulic cylinders are on the punch and are coordinated and organized on the mold base.
5. Plate forging punch
With the popularization of sheet metal casting, it is required that the forging press can perform deep drawing forming or reduce the number of projects, so the slider and worktable must be equipped with hydraulic cylinders. The original block casting basically used high-capacity superheated steam action. In addition to the superheated steam action that is integrated with the construction method, plate casting also requires sequential action, locking and other functions.
6. Punch machine for gear forming
This type of punch machine currently has 2 drag drives, 2 in the slider, and 2 in the workbench, a total of 5 drive sources, all sharing one hydraulic drive device.
